Empower O`ahu, works to strengthen the ability of our Community Partners to address their own social, economic, and environmental issues.  We do this by:
• Providing tools and training to support sustainable economic and community development initiatives;
• Increasing employment and economic opportunities for residents through business development; and
• Increasing the economic self-sufficiency of residents, especially those in poverty, through financial literacy and Microenterprise training and support.
